I’m a patient at Sun Pain Management-Phoenix location and words cannot express how thankful and blessed I feel to have this pain clinic in my life! My experience has been absolutely phenomenal!
Dr. Overby, MA - Alex Garido, MA - Jackie Gonzalez, and CRNA - John Bycy are the staff members who have truly made the biggest impact in my life! Dr Overby always takes her time when answering all my questions and she has made life changing recommendations for me, which has helped to manage my chronic neck and spine pain due to severe injuries in addition with treating my migraines. Thanks to Dr Overby, I now receive occipital nerve blocks, epidurals, and attend physical therapy. Every time I have a procedure, Alex Garrido is always super friendly and makes sure to greet me with a smile along with his coworker Jackie Gonzalez. They are both total sweethearts! John Bycy does my Anastasia for each procedure and he is truly one of the kindest, most down to earth men I’ve met. Honestly, I appreciate all of these wonderful staff so much and highly recommend this pain clinic to anyone looking for the best place to go! I feel very blessed to have genuine and knowledgeable people that provide me with such special care. Sun Pain Management(in Phoenix) is without a doubt the best!

Joanne and her lady staff are amazing! I am treated with warm greetings and efficient healthcare. The office is so clean and well managed. What a refreshing change of pace and attitude! This practice is so friendly, outgoing and attentive to, not only my needs, but listened to me and actually read over all the documentation I brought with me in order to get to know the whole me. They took the time, asked and answered questions, and made me feel they were there to really figure out what my needs were and help!!! Such a breath of fresh air from doctors who only seem interested in getting you out the door. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and the staff.

I just had my third appointment with Jennifer, my new provider (my prior provider, Julie, moved to a different location), and once again, the care I received was amazing. While I am fully aware that Jennifer is my medical provider, I am treated (literally and figuratively) like family. The staff all know my name, and are extremely welcoming. It's very satisfying to be acknowleged as a person, not just a file number! Jennifer is very personable- she has a very easy way about her, and it reflects in the overall quality of care! The nurses and techs reflect that same dynamic, so I'm made to feel very comfortable every time I visit. I appreciate that I am not constantly being "upsold" on treatments that are not helpful to my needs, and especially can't afford. I never feel like I'm being forced to choose treatments just to increase medical billings (sadly, something I've experianced at other medical providers). Most importantly, I know that I'm receiving the best possible care for my unique needs. So, if yiu find yourself in need of long term pain care, I can't recommend Sun Pain highly enough. And thanks, Jennifer, for cairing! PS- say hi to Wednesday for me (inside joke)!!!

I have gone to the surprise location for over 8years and Julie has been my provider all those years.Julie is now at the Glendale location and I was willing to drive from surprise to Glendale just for Julie but I wanted to give the new provider a chance because it is more convenient to just go to the same location I have been going to.
Jennifer Sutton is the new provider and I LOVE HER! She is so sweet and listens to me and gives me her full attention. She is patient and kind and gives me medical advice specifically suited to my needs and medical history. She answered all of my questions and even helped me by encouraging me in every conversation to take care of myself first.
If you left this location because of the staff or provider , but enjoyed the services that they provide to u than I would strongly advise to give them another chance. It's a NEW staff and NEW provider and every single one of my visits have been so amazing. The energy in the office feel lighter and when u are spoken to u are always spoken to kindly.
I am so happy with all the changes although I miss Julie , Jennifer is a phenomenal replacement.
